Anders Enochsson is proposed as a new board member

Scout Gaming Group has been informed that major shareholders Knutsson Holdings and Novobis intend to propose Anders Enochsson as a new board member in Scout Gaming Group.

“Knutsson and Novobis are great owners and have built several successful companies within the gambling sector. Enochsson has been instrumental in their corporate governance and he will bring a lot of that when Scout now seriously has initiated the effort to grow the position as the market leading European DFS supplier”, says Rolf Blom, Chairman of the Board.

“Scout provides a promising new European gambling vertical and it will be exciting to support the company in its coming growth”, says Anders Enochsson.

Enochsson will formally be proposed as a new board member in the upcoming AGM, which is expected to take place during spring. Anders Enochsson currently serves as CFO of Knutsson Holdings AB. He has previously worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co, and he has also held various operational positions both within industrial groups and within venture capital with focus on internet- and technology investments.
